I contacted Steven and Paul about getting new windows as I only had Single glazing before. I was very impressed by the service I received and when the day of installation arrived I was extremely impressed with the quality of the Windows and Doors and the fitting. Paul had said that I would not be charged any extras for choices of handles, letterboxes etc. They were true to their word. They even made suggestions about changing designs etc to which I now enjoy the view from my front lounge over the countryside. Which was obstructed before. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend ECG. I hear that they do roughcasting too which I will be speaking to them about. Great job guys, keep up the hard work.
